I’m Jess,

I live in Wānaka with my husband of 20 years, our two boys and our much-loved dog, and sassy cat.

I love adventures in the mountains, time on the snow, laughing with strangers, a deep chat in the corner at a party, a laugh with the barista, friendship, writing, stories, music, and those moments in life that remind us what actually matters.

I’ve had some life altering moments, and I am aware of what really matters in life - it’s all the little moments, the love, the time together, feeling free, peacefulness, nature and a deep belly laugh with a friend, or a crazy dance off that leaves you sweating and smiling for days.

been a life, mindset, health coach and copywriter for 14 years and becoming a celebrant has felt like a natural extension of all of that.

I’m not here to stand at the front on your day and make your ceremony about me. I’m here to listen, guide you through the process, take care of the important details with you, and then tell your story in a way that connects deeply to everyone listening.

It is always an honour and a privilege to support anyone through a huge life moment. I am here all the way.

Memorial Service:

A beautiful farewell captures the person we are remembering uniquely.

Their stories. Their quirks. The people they loved. The things they were known for. The moments you’ll keep telling stories about for years to come.

I work closely with families to create funeral and memorial ceremonies that are warm, honest and deeply personal, with space for tears, laughter, reflection and love.
